Алесь Филиппович

Alexander Mikhailovich Filippovich, known as Ales Filipovich, was born in Minsk and received his art education at the local academy, where he specialized in easel painting. His creative journey began in the early 1980s with his participation in the first All-Union Exhibition of Young Artists, which marked the beginning of his exhibition activity.

Today, Ales Filipovich works in the genres of history painting, portraiture, landscape, and still life, using primarily oil paints on canvas and cardboard. His paintings are distinguished by classical and impressionist styles, reflecting a diversity of artistic techniques and materials.
